Graco Children&#8217;s Products is bowing to demands from U.S. safety regulators, after a five-month dispute between the company and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. Earlier this year, the company recalled 4.2 million toddler seats because the harness buckles can get stuck &#8212; but it had resisted the agency&#8217;s demand to recall the infant seats.<\/p>\n<p>Consumers can verify if their infant car seat is affected by this recall and order a replacement kit by entering the model name and date of manufacture on <a href=\"http:\/\/gracobucklerecall.com\/\">GracoBuckleRecall.com<\/a> or calling (877) 766-7470.
