{"id":49745,"date":"2014-07-10T10:47:10","date_gmt":"2014-07-10T15:47:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/?p=49745"},"modified":"2014-07-12T15:13:49","modified_gmt":"2014-07-12T20:13:49","slug":"high-risk-sex-offender-residing-in-rural-jmst-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/?p=49745","title":{"rendered":"High Risk Sex Offender, Residing In Rural Jmst"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/TaxisTim.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-49772\" alt=\"TaxisTim\" src=\"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/TaxisTim-300x202.png\" width=\"300\" height=\"202\" srcset=\"https:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/TaxisTim-300x202.png 300w, https:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/TaxisTim-259x175.png 259w, https:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/TaxisTim.png 445w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>Jamestown (CSi) The Stutsman County Sheriff\u2019s Office is warning county residents regarding a convicted High Risk Sex Offender, living in the rural Jamestown area.<\/p>\n<p>The notice says Timothy Alan Taxis is currently camping at the Parkhurst Recreational Area, on weekends.<\/p>\n<p>Taxis is a 50 year old white male, 5-feet 6 inches tall, weighing 140 pounds with hazel eyes, and blonde hair.<\/p>\n<p>His vehicle is a white 1992 Chrysler New Yorker, with ND license plate: JZR 252.<\/p>\n<p>He also drives a 1985 black Dodge pickup, with ND license plate: GEA 590.<\/p>\n<p>He was convicted in Stutsman County Court in July of 2001 of indecent exposure, involving two 11 year old girls in a park, and then following them in a vehicle.<\/p>\n<p>The disposition was 30 days.<\/p>\n<p>He was convicted in Stutsman County Court in April of 1998, of indecent exposure, involving a female employee at a video store.<\/p>\n<p>Disposition, 30 days with 24 days suspended.<\/p>\n<p>He was convicted of gross sexual imposition on three occasions in one week, involving exposing himself to young girls in the area of a tennis court.
