{"id":50257,"date":"2014-07-18T07:59:35","date_gmt":"2014-07-18T12:59:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/?p=50257"},"modified":"2014-07-18T07:59:35","modified_gmt":"2014-07-18T12:59:35","slug":"financing-approved-hangar-project","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/?p=50257","title":{"rendered":"Financing Approved, Hangar Project"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/JmstnAirport2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-20939\" alt=\"JmstnAirport2\" src=\"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/JmstnAirport2-300x202.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"202\" srcset=\"https:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/JmstnAirport2-300x202.jpg 300w, https:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/JmstnAirport2-259x175.jpg 259w, https:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/JmstnAirport2.jpg 445w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>Jamestown (CSi) Approval for financing has been given by he Jamestown Regional Airport Authority for financing for the airport\u2019s T-hangar building project.<\/p>\n<p>Construction expected to start in early August, 2014.<\/p>\n<p>A construction loan will be through Bank Forward for 25 years, with nterest rate for the first five years at 4.5 percent, and then will be renegotiated.<\/p>\n<p>The total financing amout is $535,000.<\/p>\n<p>Schumacher Construction, Jamestown, was awarded the bid for the project in May.<\/p>\n<p>Schumacher Construction was also awarded the bid for the taxilane construction connecting the airport\u2019s runway to the new T-hangar building.<\/p>\n<p>Schumacher was the only firm to bid on the project, with a bid of $444,027.24 about two percent higher than the estimate of $434,518.50.<\/p>\n<p>This project will be paid for by funds from the state through the North Dakota Aeronautics Commission.<\/p>\n<p>The T-hangar building will create eight new hangars, six 1,123-square-foot hangars, one with 1,266 square feet and the largest at 1,738 square-feet.<\/p>\n<p>The six equal-sized hangars will rent for $240 per month, the second largest will rent for $250 per month and the largest $325 per month.<\/p>\n<p>Airport Authority Chairman Jim Boyd added that those rents will produce $2,000 a month in income to pay back the construction loan.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jamestown (CSi) Approval for financing has been given by he Jamestown Regional Airport Authority for financing for the airport\u2019s T-hangar building project.
