(AP) \u2013 About one-third of the 7,400 tickets made available to the public for January\u2019s Football Championship Subdivision title game in Frisco, Texas, have been bought by people with North Dakota addresses.<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 North Dakota State University booster club president Jim<br \/>\nHambrick says there is a lot of football left in the season, but he and other fans are \u201ccautiously optimistic\u201d that the Bison will end up in the title game for a second straight year.<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 NDSU beat Sam Houston State last year for the school\u2019s first<br \/>\nNCAA Division I title.
