Reports have stated that he has been spotted in Jamestown numerous times, but his location is still unknown.<\/p>\n<p>If you have any information on his whereabouts, you\u2019re asked to call the Jamestown Law Enforcement Center at 701-252-1000.<\/p>\n<p>On Sunday afternoon, the ND Lost &amp; Missing Facebook page &lt;https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/NDMissing&gt;posted the following message:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Please keep sharing this! He hasn&#8217;t been located yet. He may be any place in ND and on the run!&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;He&#8217;s been spotted in Jamestown, ND numerous times. Someone just had contact with him 2 days ago looking for a ride. So as far as we know he is still in Jamestown!!&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Fargo\u00a0 (CSi)\u00a0 A high speed motorcycle chase that started in West Fargo, went through Valley City,\u00a0and ended in Jamestown Sunday evening, led to a \u00a0man arrested and\u00a0 facing several charges.<\/p>\n<p>Valley News Live reports that police tried to pullover Joshua Overbo in West Fargo just before 5:30 p.m. Sunday.\u00a0 Overbo fled west on I-94.<\/p>\n<p>Authorities chased him to Valley City, where the North Dakota Highway Patrol took over. Troopers eventually stopped and arrested Overbo East of Jamestown.<\/p>\n<p>Overbo is \u00a0being held in the Cass County Jail and is facing charges of Fleeing in a Motor Vehicle, Fictitious Plates, Driving Under Suspension, and multiple felony Warrants.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div>\n<div>\n<p>Jamestown (CSi)\u00a0 Jamestown Police report,\u00a0 a\u00a0single vehicle accident Thursdsay about 10-p.m.,\u00a0at S&amp;R Truck Plaza in Jamestown caused over $5,000 in damage to a gas pump.<\/p>\n<p>55-year old Patrick Morgan, of Janesville, Minnesota, was hauling hay bales on a flatbed trailer behind a 1987 International truck.<\/p>\n<p>Police say \u00a0Morgan was\u00a0filling\u00a0at a diesel pump, when he\u00a0drove away, the bales on the passenger side of the trailer struck the pump.<\/p>\n<p>No inuries reported.<\/p>\n<p>Morgan was given a written warning for care required.<\/p>\n<p>Jamestown (CSi) The Jamestown City Engineer\u2019s Office informs residents, that starting today, the alley in the 800 Block between 2<sup>nd<\/sup> and 3<sup>rd<\/sup> Ave SE, will be under construction, due to alley paving. The work is expected to last approximately one week, depending on weather.<\/p>\n<p>Access to the alley will be limited during this time.<\/p>\n<p>Extreme caution should be used when entering road construction areas. The public should consider alternate routes if possible.<\/p>\n<p>\u3000<\/p>\n<p>Jamestown (CSi) The Jamestown Tourism Grant\/Executive Advisory Board met Friday at the CSi Technology Center, at Historic Franklin School.<\/p>\n<p>The Jamestown Civic Center, appeared concerning the new basketball court floor.<\/p>\n<p>The total cost of the new floor, is $96,000 and is paid by the City of Jamestown. The Civic Center was requesting $10,000 in the form of a grant, for a tourism corner advertising spot on the floor.<\/p>\n<p>The advisory board did not act on the grant, request, as the consensus was that the request should be acted upon at another time as an advertising expense.<\/p>\n<p>Civic Center, Manager Pam Fosse presented options and costs for floor space, which is being distributed to businesses, including a center court naming rights availability.<\/p>\n<p>In other business, the board approved two requests by the Jamestown Rural Fire Department in connection with an ice fishing derby planned for February 6,7,8, 2015.<\/p>\n<p>Representative Travis Lemieux said, the request of $3,000 is to bring in professional angler, Tom Neustrom, to speak at the Sport and Recreation Show in Jamestown, before the fishing tournament takes place.<\/p>\n<p>The board approved a lesser amount, of $1,700, as moved by Tourism Director, Searle Swedlund.<\/p>\n<p>Another request by the Rural Fire Department for $4,000 in advertising for the tournament was approved. The total cost of thederby is estimated at $75,000 with additional funds stemming from the sale of raffle tickets, and sponsorships.<\/p>\n<p>He added that 4,100 tickets have been printed for the fishing tournament, which includes an entry to prize drawings. He noted an increase in attendance each year.<\/p>\n<p>The Frontier Village Association, President, Charley Tanata requested $2,000 for a drainage project at the west end of the Village, which was approved, pending written permission from the City of Jamestown.<\/p>\n<p>Drainage issues have been causing foundation erosion around Mary\u2019s House and the Eldridge Building (Town Hall.)<\/p>\n<p>The advisory board approved the Jamestown Downtown Association, request for advertising for the 2014 Holiday Dazzle on Main Parade, of $1,000.<\/p>\n<p>Ambassador Charlie Kourajian, and JDA President Nancy Miller indicated that the additional advertising dollars will be used to draw more people from a 60 mile radius of Jamestown to attend the parade, Christmas tree lighting, after the parade this year, and the after parade party, as a package event. It\u2019s possible that some of the out of town guest would spend dollars in Jamestown on such items as lodging and meals etc.<\/p>\n<p>Searle Swedlund\u2019s report to the board included the Frontier Village, this past summer seeing an increase in the stage coach rides, up 40-percent from 2013, at 1,193 rides.<\/p>\n<p>He also pointed out the 2015 budget has been approved by the City of Jamestown.<\/p>\n<p>\u3000<\/p>\n<p>Valley City (CSi) The Valley City Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors has taken a formal position in support of the proposed Valley City Health, Wellness and Physical Education Center.<\/p>\n<p>The statement says, &#8220;As a board, we believe investments must be made to ensure that we are a vibrant, growing community. The Wellness Center is expected to offer amenities that will benefit the community and our visitors. (AP) &#8211; Authorities say two hunters have been injured in hunting accidents this weekend in Sargent County.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Sheriff Travis Paeper says a 17-year-old boy was struck in the face by shotgun pellets while hunting ducks. He was hunting with another 17-year-old boy from Wahepton.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The injured teen was taken to St. Francis Medical Center in Wahpeton with non-life-threatening injuries.\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 A 47-year-old man was also struck in the head with shotgun near the Tewaukon Wildlife refuge on Friday.\u00a0 His injuries were also not considered life-threatening.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) &#8211; A prominent Jamaican disc jockey has pleaded guilty for his role in a lottery scam case being tried by federal prosecutors in North Dakota.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Deon-ville O&#8217;Hara, also known as ZJ Wah Wa, is among 26 people accused of participating in a scheme that induced elderly people throughout the United States to send millions of dollars to cover fees for lottery winnings.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Authorities say O&#8217;Hara traveled to the U.S. to pick up money from victims.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Victims included a North Dakota woman who was promised $19 million in winnings, and a South Dakota man who was told he won $3.5 million and a 2012 Mercedes<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 O&#8217;Hara pleaded guilty on Friday to conspiracy, which carries a maximum penalty of 40 years in prison. (AP) &#8211; A Minot man accused of sending sexually explicit photos to girls and trying to get them to the send him similar photos has pleaded guilty to six felonies.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0The most serious charge against 20-year-old Nicholas Thiel is promoting an obscene performance by a minor. The maximum sentence is 10 years in prison. He could face up to 35 years on all of the counts.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 In exchange for his guilty plea, prosecutors are dropping 10 other charges, including eight felonies.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Police allege that Thiel contacted most of the girls through Facebook, using an alias. He&#8217;s to be sentenced Feb. 6.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) &#8211; North Dakota is getting $23 million to help low-income people heat their homes this coming winter, on par with what it has received from the federal government in recent years.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program helps eligible families pay for both home heating and weatherizing. The state&#8217;s congressional delegation says the state Department of Human Services will get about $17 million and American Indian tribes will get about $6 million.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Human Services program director Carol Cartledge tells the Minot Daily News that the amount should be enough to help every qualifying family this year.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 To qualify, a household can earn up to 60 percent of the state median income.
