News Oct 27, 2012) \u2014 The North Dakota Highway Patrol reports, 40 to 50 cars went into into the ditch between 7-O\u2019Clock Saturday night and noon Sunday.<\/p>\n<p>Six vehicle accidents were also reported, along I-94 between Fargo and Jamestown, and I-29 from the South Dakota border, north to Hillsboro.<\/p>\n<p>\u3000<\/p>\n<p>Valley City, ND (KCSi-T.V. News) &#8212; A presentation with information on the Valley City sales tax renewal advisory vote and a discussion concerning the National Guard Interstate 94 development will be today (Monday, October 29, 2012) on CSi Cable 68.<\/p>\n<p>The presentation will be shown live at 10-a.m., followed by replays on CSi 68.<\/p>\n<p>Valley City Barnes County Economic Development Director Jennifer Feist says the presentation will focus on the Valley City Sales Tax renewal, and information on the National Guard expansion project, along with industrial\/commercial development opportunities including the I-94 Regional Development Corridor, east of the John Deere Seeding Group plant.<\/p>\n<p>A 77 acre tract of land owned by the Stan Ryan family will be annexed into Valley City for construction of the new National Guard facility and future development.<\/p>\n<p>With the Valley City Sales tax, 70 percent of the 1 percent tax goes to economic development, 25 percent for property tax relief, and 5 percent for service and retail image enhancement.<\/p>\n<p>A 77 acre tract of land owned by the Stan Ryan family will be annexed into the city for construction of the new National Guard facility and future development.<\/p>\n<p>Valley City Auditor, Avis Richter reminds voters, that absentee ballots for the City Sales Tax extension, Advisory vote are at City Hall.<\/p>\n<p>The absentee ballots for the General Election are at the Barnes County Courthouse.<\/p>\n<p>On election day Valley City residents will vote at their regular precincts, for both the advisory vote and the General Election.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Jamestown, ND (KCSi-T.V. News Oct 22, 2012) &#8212; The Jamestown\/Stutsman Development Corp. (JSDC) has announced that Congressman Berg\u2019s office recently released the news that the USDA approved the $740,000 loan for the Spiritwood Energy Park.<\/p>\n<p>This was the maximum loan amount available.<\/p>\n<p>The loan has a zero percent interest rate with a ten year term.<br \/>\nThis brings the total financial commitment from various financial sources to a total of $7.5 million.<br \/>\nThe loan will help with the beginning phases of the projects that have been planned for the park.<\/p>\n<p>The money from this loan will be used for the rail loop at the Spiritwood Energy Park.<\/p>\n<p>www.growingjamestown.com<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>FARGO, N.D.
