He did not provide a timetable for his decision.<\/p>\n<p>Peterson has been suspended at least through April 15 after he was charged in a child abuse case last year, a case he resolved with a plea bargain.<\/p>\n<p>NFLPA attorney Jeffrey Kessler said arbitrator Harold Henderson&#8217;s rejection of Peterson&#8217;s appeal was biased.
