The National Weather Service says a storm system that swept across parts of the Great Plains and Upper Midwest yesterday could bring snow rain and flooding to various areas as it moves into Maine, Massachusetts, eastern New York and New Jersey. The system will also dip through the mid-Atlantic region, including Washington, D.C., and North Carolina, and extend into Tennessee, Kentucky, Arkansas, southern Oklahoma and northeastern Texas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CSi Weather&#8230; WIND CHILL ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON CST TODAY&#8230; .TODAY&#8230;MOSTLY SUNNY.
