Jamestown, ND (KCSi-T.V. News Jul 18, 2012) — The North Dakota Highway Patrol has received the results of a blood sample taken from Wyatt Klein of Jamestown. The report, provided by the North Dakota Attorney General\u2019s Crime Laboratory, revealed that Klein\u2019s blood alcohol was 0.25, over three times higher than the legal limit of .08.<\/p>\n
On July 6, Klein was traveling eastbound in the westbound lanes of I-94 near Crystal Springs and struck a vehicle head-on. This vehicle was driven by Aaron Deutscher of West Fargo. Deutscher, his wife Allison and daughter Brielle were killed as a result of the crash. Klein also died in the crash.<\/p>\n
\u00a0The Highway Patrol says, fifty-one percent of all 2012 North Dakota fatal crashes have been attributed to alcohol. The Patrol says, all alcohol-related crashes and fatalities are preventable.<\/p>\n
