All forums begin at 7 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Oriska (CSi) The Barnes County Sheriff\u2019s Office reports, a West Fargo woman was seriously injured in a rollover north of Oriska Saturday.<\/p>\n<p>The accdient occurred about 10:22-pm.<\/p>\n<p>Sheriff Randy McClaflin says the driver 54 year-old Cheryl Nilson was southbound on Highway 32 when the vehicle left the road, rolling several times in the ditch coming to rest on its wheels.<\/p>\n<p>Nilson was taken by Barnes County Ambulance to CHI Mercy Hospital in Valley City hospital and then transferred to a Fargo Hospital. Her condition has not been released.<\/p>\n<p>Nilson was charged with DUI and Open Container of alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicle.<\/p>\n<p>The crash is under investigation with the Barnes County Sheriff\u2019s office.<\/p>\n<p>The Barnes County Sheriff\u2019s Office was assisted at the scene by The Valley City\/Barnes County Rescue Squad, Barnes County Ambulance, Tower City First Responders and Tower City Fire Department.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Seattle (CSi) In the 2015 LifeSmarts National Championship, in Seattle, the Jamestown High School Team moved to the quarterfinals Sunday before losing to Rhode Island 175 points to 129 points.<\/p>\n<p>Jamestown was in eighth place with 717 points after the weekend\u2019s competition. The Jamestown team was in the top 16 teams that competed on Sunday defeating Connecticut 147 to 120.<\/p>\n<p>Members of the Jamestown LifeSmarts Team are: Seniors Kelsey Becker, captain, Andrew Breidenbach, Sierra Schlenker and Jessica Vandal; Junior Dan Reimers. Social Studies teacher Marchel Krieger is the team\u2019s coach.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Valley City (CSi) The Valley City Thrifty White Drug pharmacy is merging with Valley Drug at the Valley City location.<\/p>\n<p>All prescription files will be transferred to the Valley Drug store at 239 2nd Avenue Northwest in Valley City at the close of business on Saturday, April 25,2015.<\/p>\n<p>Prescriptions then, will be ready for pick up Monday, April 27 at Thrifty White\u2019s Valley Drug location.<\/p>\n<p>The four people who currently work at the Thrifty White pharmacy store inside Marketplace Foods will not be moving over to the Valley Drug location in Valley City.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>MINOT, N.D. (AP) &#8211; The Highway Patrol has identified a Nebraska man who died in a crash in northern North Dakota.<\/p>\n<p>Authorities say 18-year-old Trenton Tiller, of the Elkhorn neighborhood on the west side of Omaha, Nebraska, was killed Thursday afternoon when the motorcycle he was driving collided with a semitrailer on a Ward County road. The patrol says Tiller failed to yield at an intersection, and was dead at the scene.<\/p>\n<p>The driver of the semitrailer was not injured.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>FORT YATES, N.D. (AP) &#8211; A North Dakota is in custody after being accused by federal authorities of sexually assaulting a woman who was later found dead.<\/p>\n<p>Thirty-four-year-old Richmond White Eagle on Monday was charged with felony sexual abuse of a person physically incapable of declining participation. White Eagle was arrested after the body of Jessie Manley was found outside an apartment complex in Fort Yates.<\/p>\n<p>Authorities say witnesses reported seeing the Fort Yates man inside Manley&#8217;s apartment Saturday.\u00a0 White Eagle told authorities he had sex with Manley while she was passed out on her couch. Authorities say White Eagle and Manley then had an argument which caused Manley to fall.<\/p>\n<p>Manley says he heard a loud noise as Manley hit the concrete, but he didn&#8217;t turn back to see if she was injured.<\/p>\n<p>Court records don&#8217;t list an attorney for White Eagle.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) &#8211; A man has been sentenced to five years in federal prison for attempting to arrange a sexual encounter with an 8-year-old girl in Bismarck.<\/p>\n<p>Thirty-five-year-old Frank Rush of Colorado Springs, Colorado, was sentenced Friday. He was charged last spring after communicating with an undercover officer conducting a human trafficking sting.<\/p>\n<p>Rush was arrested May 26 at a Bismarck hotel where thought he would be having sex with a young girl in exchange for $400.<\/p>\n<p>A second charge of attempted human trafficking of a minor was dropped late last year in a deal with prosecutors.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) &#8211; The North Dakota Legislature has approved $250,000 in funding aimed at preventing rape victims from having long waits for sexual assault exams.<\/p>\n<p>The bill introduced by Democratic Sen. Carolyn Nelson of Fargo originally sought $500,000 to train more nurses to do sexual assault exams and to start new programs.<\/p>\n<p>A House-Senate conference committee compromised on $250,000. The bill was headed to Gov. Jack Dalrymple for his signature on Monday.<\/p>\n<p>The measure would allow hospitals lacking a sexual assault nurse program to begin one. Hospitals also would be allowed to work with groups that perform the exams.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>ENDERLIN, N.D. (AP) &#8211; U.S. Sen. John Hoeven says Canadian Pacific Railway has committed to keeping a key thoroughfare un-blocked in the city of Enderlin.<\/p>\n<p>The dispute between the railroad and the city over blocked crossings ended up in federal court last year. The city approved a new ordinance calling for railroad employees in violation to spend at least two days in jail and pay a fine.<\/p>\n<p>The railroad claimed the ordinance was unconstitutional and sued, and the city later repealed the measure.<\/p>\n<p>Hoeven says CP Rail has now committed to modifying its operations in Enderlin to prevent blocked crossings.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In sports&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>BOSTON (AP) &#8211; The Boston Marathon took place earlier today in cold, damp conditions. Meanwhile, additional details are emerging about the capsizing of a rickety boat over the weekend off the coast of Libya. An Italian prosecutor says hundreds of migrants had been locked below deck, unable to escape.<\/p>\n<p>WASHINGTON (AP) &#8211; U.S. Navy officials say the aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt is steaming toward the waters off Yemen. And they say it will join other American ships prepared to intercept any Iranian vessels carrying weapons to the Houthi (HOO&#8217;-thee) rebels fighting in Yemen. The Navy has been beefing up its presence there amid reports that a convoy of Iranian ships may be headed toward Yemen.<\/p>\n<p>TEHRAN, Iran (AP) &#8211; A Washington Post reporter who&#8217;s been held for nearly nine months in Iran is facing charges of espionage and three other crimes. That word comes from his lawyer, who&#8217;s been able to hold her first in-depth meeting with the journalist. The newspaper&#8217;s executive editor says the charges against Jason Rezaian are &#8220;ludicrous,&#8221; and that they carry a maximum penalty of 10 to 20 years.<\/p>\n<p>KEENE, N.H.
