He was the 153rd player taken.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 During his senior season at NDSU, Emanuel was named winner of the Buck Buchanan award, given to the top defensive player in the Football Championship Subdivision.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Bison running back John Crockett wasn&#8217;t drafted, but he signed a free-agent deal with the Green Bay Packers.
