Please note that <strong>only City of Jamestown residents will be allowed to vote<\/strong> in this election. The work is expected to be completed on Thursday, June 4, 2015 contingent on weather conditions. The street is expected to be re-opened to traffic on Friday, June 5, 2015.<\/p>\n<p>Motorists and other traffic should use extreme caution when entering road construction areas. (AP) &#8211; West Fargo police have identified a man and woman found dead in an apparent murder-suicide.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Authorities say 44-year-old Lance Rick and his wife, 44-year-old Sharon Rick, were found dead early Sunday at a home in West Fargo. Police say the Ricks were married but had been separated.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Police say the female victim appeared to have suffered two gunshot wounds, one to the body, one to the head. Police say the man appeared to have one gunshot wound to the head.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 A handgun and other evidence were collected at the scene.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The bodies have been sent to Grand Forks for autopsy.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) &#8211; The State Board of Animal Health has lifted quarantines in Dickey and Lamoure counties that it put in place following confirmation of two bird flu outbreaks.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The orders that restricted the movement of poultry in the six-mile zones surrounding two North Dakota turkey operations were lifted after two rounds of negative testing.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The two operations that have been affected by avian influenza are still quarantined and statewide movement of birds to shows, exhibitions and public sales is still prohibited until further notice.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The two cases of bird flu in North Dakota have led to the deaths of more than 100,000 birds combined. (AP) &#8211; A Tioga man is accused of two felonies after investigators say he hit his brother with a pickup and drove off.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Williams County Detective Caleb Fry\u00a0says \u00a0that 47-year-old Jeffery Moe allegedly fired a shotgun over the head of his brother following an argument and then used his pickup truck to ram him.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Moe is charged with aggravated assault and reckless endangerment. It is not clear if he has retained an attorney.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 A preliminary hearing is slated for July 9.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) &#8211; Diesel sales have started at a new oil refinery in western North Dakota.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Bismarck-based MDU Resources Group and Indianapolis-based Calumet Specialty Products Partners built the $430 million Dakota Prairie Refinery near Dickinson.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Officials said Monday that some diesel was sold last month. But they say June is expected to be the first full month of production at 20,000 barrels per day. A barrel is 42 gallons.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Crews broke ground on the refinery in March 2013.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The only other refinery producing fuel in North Dakota is the Tesoro Corp. plant at Mandan.<br \/>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0MINOT, N.D.
