{"id":75841,"date":"2015-06-25T17:27:37","date_gmt":"2015-06-25T22:27:37","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/?p=75841"},"modified":"2015-06-26T14:33:35","modified_gmt":"2015-06-26T19:33:35","slug":"rescue-squad-called-to-titan-water-tower","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/?p=75841","title":{"rendered":"Worker rescued from water tower &#8211; photos &#038; video"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Jamestown (CSi) The Jamestown Rescue Squad was called\u00a0 Thursday afternoon, at 4:40-p.m., \u00a0to the Stutsman Rural Water District\u00a0water tower under construction next to Titan Machinery in southwest \u00a0Jamestown. \u00a0A worker inside the tower was reported in need of medical assistance. \u00a0\u00a0The \u00a0water tower stands 150 feet high. \u00a0Photos &amp; video below, more <a title=\"Facebook\" href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/media\/set\/?set=a.10153387926304512.1073741923.358562219511&amp;type=1&amp;l=66733c6a87\" target=\"_blank\">Photos at Facebook<\/a><\/p>\n<p>[easyrotator]erc_90_1435277630[\/easyrotator]<\/p>\n<pre style=\"text-align: center;\">Photos\/Video Thomas Ravely\/CSiNewsNOW<\/pre>\n<p><center><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/StJ-guVoo8Q?rel=0\" height=\"315\" width=\"420\" allowfullscreen=\"\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><\/center>Medical first responders were unable to reach the victim, who\u00a0had trouble \u00a0breathing\u00a0 and had no feeling in his legs, and was unable to climb out on his own.<\/p>\n<p>The rescue squad <span style=\"color: #000000;\">used a construction cart while tethered\u00a0by safety harnesses, and a<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0Stokes stretcher was sent up on a line.\u00a0 The<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0victim was\u00a0 secured, and a\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">crane belonging to Dan Poland Machine Inc., that was escorted to the scene, by Jamestown Police,\u00a0assisted the victim to the ground. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>Firefighter, Josh Smaage was lifted about 150 feet off the ground. Lt. Mark Urquhart and Lt.
