(AP) &#8211; Officials in Minot say nearly 80 percent of<br \/>\nthe homes most heavily damaged by historic Souris River flooding in<br \/>\n2011 are repaired and either being lived in or are very close to<br \/>\nbeing habitable.<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The flooding in the summer of 2011 caused main-floor damage to<br \/>\nmore than 2,700 homes in the valley.
