Officers\u00a0 gave chase and issued commands for Ard to stop, eventually overtaking Ard into custody without incident.<\/p>\n<p>After\u00a0Ard was taken \u00a0into custody, his path was retraced by officials who found three plastic bags containing what is believed to be marijuana.
