He did not progress in treatment and was sent to a residential treatment center. He was convicted in May of 2003 in McHenry County Juvenile Court. Disposition 2 years.<\/p>\n<p>He was convicted of Gross Sexual Imposition while he was in a treatment center for the McHenry County offense involving another ten year old child he was babysitting, in West Fargo. Kruk also had contact with a 13 year old at the residential treatment center. He was convicted in May of 2005 in Bottineau County Juvenile Court. Disposition was 1-year.<\/p>\n<p>Kruk is not wanted by police at this time and is currently serving the sentence imposed by the court. This notification is meant for public safety and not to increase fear in the community, nor should this information be used to threaten, assault, or intimidate the offender. According to the proclamation, the city of Jamestown doesn\u2019t have a day to commemorate and encourage non-violence whereas other cities have already established days and weeks for non-violence. \u2018Day Without Violence\u2019 is established to have each state proclaim a statewide day without violence on or around September 30th and a Nationwide day on October 1st.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>FARGO, N.D. (AP) &#8211; Fargo police have identified the officer involved in an early-morning shooting that injured a man suspected of stealing a car.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Officer Patrick Thomas has been with Fargo police since October 2014. He previously worked as an officer at North Dakota State University.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Thomas has been placed on administrative leave until an investigation can be completed.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The incident happened after 3 a.m. Monday. Authorities say Thomas shot a 31-year-old man three times after the suspect aimed a replica gun with a laser pointer at the officer.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The suspect was taken to a hospital for surgery. His name and condition have not been released.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 A police spokesman says the suspect is expected to be charged Tuesday, at which time more information will be released.<br \/>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0GRAND FORKS, N.D. (AP) &#8211; Police in Grand Forks are searching for a man suspected of hitting and robbing another man.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Police say the suspect approached the victim and punched him several times around 2 a.m. Sunday in downtown Grand Forks. A short time later, the victim noticed his wallet was missing.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The suspect is described as a black man about 22 to 24 years old, with shoulder-length dreadlocks, approximately 5 feet 6 inches tall and 150 pounds. Police say the man was wearing a white T-shirt and black skinny jeans.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Police say several people were in the area of North Third Street when the incident happened. Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact the police department.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0SPOKANE, Wash. (AP) &#8211; James Henrikson, who admits to ordering the deaths of two business associates tied to the oil-field business in North Dakota, faces four decades in prison after pleading guilty.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Henrikson admitted in federal court in Spokane on Friday to ordering the deaths of Kristopher Clarke and Doug Carlile. He says he employed Timothy Suckow as the hit man both times.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Federal prosecutors will seek a 40-year prison term when the 36-year-old Henrikson is sentenced in December.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Carlile was a Spokane businessman who was killed in his l home in December 2013. Henrikson admitted Friday that Clarke was killed in February 2012, bludgeoned to death by Suckow in Henrikson&#8217;s North Dakota truck shop. Clarke&#8217;s body has not been found.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Both killings were tied to business dealings in the North Dakota oil patch.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) &#8211; Gov. Jack Dalrymple has formed a task force to address the potential impact of cyber threats on state government.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The Cybersecurity Task Force announced Monday includes 15 people, including directors and information technology experts from a number of state agencies.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Dalrymple says the team will review current cybersecurity policies and practices and make recommendations on how to better secure state networks and systems. Lt. Gov. Drew Wrigley will oversee the group.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The task force will hold its first meeting next month.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>FARGO, N.D. (AP) &#8211; North Dakota Sen.
