Tyler Orgaard, of Bismarck, is Thursday Dec. 13, 2012,\u00a0inthat city.<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Orgaard&#8217;s body was brought to Bismarck on Monday and turned over to family.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"center\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Orgarrd and Sgt.\u00a0 1st Class Darren Linde, of Devils<br \/>\nLake,\u00a0members of the Williston-based 818th Engineer Company,<br \/>\ndied in a roadside bomb attack in southern Afghanistan on Dec. 3, 2012 . A<br \/>\nthird soldier was wounded but is recovering.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"center\">\u00a0Gov. Jack Dalrymple\u00a0is directing all state government agencies and encouraged all North Dakotans to fly the United States and North Dakota flags at half-staff on Thurs., Dec. 13, 2012,\u00a0from sunrise to sunset in honor of North Dakota National Guard Spc. Tyler Orgaard, who was killed in action Dec. 3, 2012, \u00a0in Afghanistan. Orgaard\u2019s funeral will be held Thursday in Bismarck.<\/p>\n<p>Dalrymple said, \u201cToday, we mourn the loss of one of our finest sons and honor Spc. Tyler Orgaard for his valiant service and selfless sacrifice.\u00a0 We honor his memory, applaud his accomplishments and commit ourselves to never forgetting the extraordinary act he performed on our behalf. We will always be grateful to Spc. Orgaard and his family for their service and sacrifice, and they will remain in our hearts and prayers during this time of great sorrow.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Governor and First Lady Betsy Dalrymple will attend Orgaard\u2019s funeral.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"center\">Earlier&#8230;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"center\">BISMARCK, ND (KCSi-T.V.
