FORECAST AMOUNTS QUICKLY TAPER OFF TO<br \/>\n\u00a0THE NORTH AND WEST OF THIS LINE.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div id=\"main\">\n<div>\n<div>\n<p>Valley City (CSi)\u00a0 The North Dakota Highway Patrol reports, a rollover accident occurred Friday about 7-p.m., in the eastbound lane of Interstate 94 about 5 miles west of Valley City.\u00a0 Valley City \u00a0Fire &amp; Rescue personnel responded.<\/p>\n<p>The crash remains under investigation with the North Dakota Highway Patrol<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Updates&#8230;.<\/p>\n<p>Jamestown (CSi) The Jamestown City Fire Department reports that the cause of a single dwelling house fire on November 20, 2015 has been officially listed , as an electrical malfunction in the attic area.<\/p>\n<p>There was extensive smoke and water damage to the home, and the fire caused the roof to sag.<\/p>\n<p>The residents, the two homeowners and a child were in the home when the fire started and escaped safely, along with the family&#8217;s pet cat, The Red Cross was on the scene giving assistance.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Jamestown (CSi) The Jamestown City Fire Department reports the cause of a mobile-home fire at 115 Sunnyside Mobile Manor in NW Jamestown, ND , Friday November 20, about 6:15pm .<\/p>\n<p>The report says the cause was radiant heat from the oven range. One firefighter injury . Time out 1 hour 45 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>The city fire department was called back to several re-kindles of the fire.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Jamestown (CSi) The Stutsman County Water Resource Board has referred a complaint of alleged illegal drainage in Chicago Township to the North Dakota State Water Commission for review.<\/p>\n<p>Arlen Hillius and David Deutscher allege that a drain tile system installed by Matt Rau drains water into Bader Lake which then floods some of their properties..<\/p>\n<p>The State Water Commission has jurisdiction over drains that affect more than 80 acres of watershed. If the State Water Commission determines the drain tile field in question drains less than an 80-acre area, the complaints will be referred back to the Stutsman County Water Resource Board.<\/p>\n<p>The Water Resource Board has approved an application for a surface drain for Harry Krause provided he get the proper flowage easement to allow the drained water to cross Duane Suko&#8217;s property.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>DEVILS LAKE, N.D. (AP) &#8211; One person died in a house fire in Devils Lake over the weekend.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Assistant Fire Chief Cory Meyer says firefighters responded to the home about 1 p.m. Sunday. The state fire marshal&#8217;s office has been called in to investigate the cause of the blaze.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Authorities did not immediately name the victim.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0MINOT, N.D. (AP) &#8211; The Minot Police Department says it&#8217;s investigating a shooting that left a man dead and a woman wounded.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 A police statement says it happened just after 3 a.m. Sunday when a caller reported multiple gunshots in an alley. Officers arrived to find two victims with gunshot wounds.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The 30-year-old man was pronounced dead at Trinity Hospital. The 43-year-old woman is being treated for her injuries.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Names of the victims and the woman&#8217;s condition have not been released.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Police say more information will be released when it becomes available.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) &#8211; A man is accused of assaulting a police officer and faces two other charges stemming from an investigation into a drive-by shooting on the Turtle Mountain Indian Reservation. Michael Decoteau is charged with tampering, false statements and assault and resisting a federal officer. He has pleaded not guilty. Decoteau also is accused of lying to investigators about the ownership of a handgun.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>FARGO, N.D. (AP) &#8211; A 25-year-old man has been sentenced to three years in prison in a North Dakota sex trafficking case.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Willie Bernard Navy Jr. is charged in federal court with transportation for purposes of prostitution. He pleaded guilty in September.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Authorities say Navy brought someone to North Dakota in November 2014 in order to sell sex in the oil patch.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 U.S. District Judge Ralph Erickson ordered Navy to serve five years of supervised release when he is freed from prison. The judge says Navy might have to register as a sex offender depending on the laws of the state where he chooses to reside.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 A federal public defender was not available for comment Friday.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) &#8211; North Dakota is getting $1.2 million in federal money to help retailers pay for biofuels equipment.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The money is through the federal Agriculture Department&#8217;s Biofuels Infrastructure Partnership. It reimburses retailers for the cost of such equipment as blender pumps and biofuel tanks.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The North Dakota Ethanol Council says the money is expected to fund 90 fuel dispensers for higher-level ethanol blends and 12 fuel tanks next year.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The state Commerce Department administers the program.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) &#8211; North Dakota&#8217;s Transportation Department is making available its statewide transportation improvement program for the next four years.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The improvements include state and county highways, urban streets, roadway safety features, bikeways and busing programs. (AP) &#8211; Several historic sites across North Dakota will be hosting holiday events over the next two weeks.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The Former Governors&#8217; Mansion State Historic Site in Bismarck is decorated for the holiday season and will be hosting open houses Sunday and Dec. 6. The public will be able to tour the mansion and participate in sing-alongs and a prize drawing. (AP) &#8211; Military airplanes are taking to the skies this week for the first large-scale exercise in a training area over the Northern Plains.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The exercise in the 35,000-square-mile Powder River Training Complex is Wednesday and Thursday. Bombers, fighter jets and refueling tankers will be practicing maneuvers in the airspace over the Dakotas, Montana and Wyoming.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The FAA in March approved quadrupling the training airspace, making it the largest over the continental U.S. The move came over the objections of some people in the region who worry about disruptions.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ellsworth Air Force Base spokesman Master Sgt.
