Rick Becker tells The Associated Press he&#8217;s working with Tammy Sadek, whose son Andrew was working as an informant when he turned up dead in June 2014.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Andrew Sadek, a 20-year-old student at State College of Science, was working for a regional drug task force.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Investigators haven&#8217;t determined the circumstances of his death.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Tammy Sadek tells the AP she&#8217;s also talking with Cummings Democratic Rep. Gail Mooney about legislation. Sadek wants drug task forces banned from using young, low-level offenders.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 On the national level, Tennessee Congressman Steve Cohen is calling for the Justice Department to investigate the use of confidential informants.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Previously&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>FARGO, N.D. (AP) &#8211; A Tennessee congressman wants the Justice Department to investigate the use of confidential informants &#8211; and how the practice contributed to the death of a North Dakota college student.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Democratic Rep. Steve Cohen spoke about the issue on the House floor Tuesday, after seeing a report on the death of 20-year-old Andrew Sadek.\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Sadek&#8217;s body was found in June 2014 in the Red River with a gunshot wound to the head.\u00a0 Investigators haven&#8217;t determined how he died.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Cohen says Sadek was murdered as a confidential informant because police didn&#8217;t protect him.
