(AP) &#8211; Authorities are working to identify a body recovered from the Sheyenne River.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Eddy County Sheriff Paul Lies\u00a0says \u00a0that <strong>a dive rescue team from Jamestown recovered the female body Tuesday afternoon<\/strong> but it has not been positively identified. He says foul play is suspected and an autopsy is being conducted.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Lies\u00a0 says \u00a0multiple law enforcement agencies are involved in the investigation.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Officials are working to determine whether the body is a Halstad, Minnesota, woman who went missing last fall, and whose vehicle was driven by two suspects in a string of robberies in Minnesota and North Dakota.<br \/>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Lisbon (CSi) Bail was set at $1 million cash Wednesday for 28 year old Paul Miller, of Enderlin, charged with murder in the shooting death of 28 year old Billy Holladay, of Enderlin.<\/p>\n<p>The $1 million cash bail was granted by Ransom County District Court Judge Jay Schmitz.<\/p>\n<p>The shooting occurred at 2:30 a.m. Sunday February 7, 2016, in the 200 block of Third Avenue as Holladay dropped off his 2-year-old nephew. Authorities found Holladay dead at the scene.<\/p>\n<p>Miller allegedly confessed to family members his involvement in the crime, documents say, and was arrested later Sunday in Fargo.<\/p>\n<p>Miller is charged with murder, a Class AA felony, and reckless endangerment, a Class C felony.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0HANKINSON, N.D. (AP) &#8211; A weekend fire during a blizzard destroyed a machine shed in the Hankinson area.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Fire Chief Arnie Lovdokken says firefighters not only had to battle the blaze on Sunday but also the storm. He says firefighters spent five hours working in bad conditions.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The shed housed farm equipment. A loss estimate was not immediately available. The cause of the fire wasn&#8217;t immediately known. No injuries were reported.<br \/>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0FARGO, N.D. (AP) &#8211; A woman who says she was wrongly accused by Fargo police of possessing a meth pipe after she was arrested for drunken driving is suing the city for more than $100,000.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Sarah Rhodes says police blamed her for a pipe that was thrown on the floor of the squad car by another suspect two days earlier. She says she suffered emotional trauma from possibly facing jail time and losing her job. The felony drug charge was later dropped.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The lawsuit names the city, officers Jamey Gahner (GAY&#8217;-nur) and David Cochran, and the police chief at the time, Keith Ternes. City Attorney Erik Johnson won&#8217;t comment specifically about the case, but says the city has turned it over to the North Dakota Insurance Reserve Fund for administration of the claim.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0MINOT, N.D. (AP) &#8211; Flood protection for Minot and the Souris River Basin is among a select group of projects the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers plans to study this year.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 U.S. Sens. John Hoeven and Heidi Heitkamp say the corps&#8217; 2016 work plan includes $200,000 to begin the study. John Kasich (KAY&#8217;-sik) for his expected signature. The GOP-led state House cleared the legislation Wednesday as Kasich, a presidential contender, campaigned for the coming GOP primary in South Carolina. Signing the bill might help Kasich with conservatives in the state. (AP) &#8211; The state of Mississippi is getting the go-ahead to resume executions. A federal appeals court is reversing a stay that had blocked the state from carrying them out. Wednesday&#8217;s ruling rejects arguments by death row prisoners, who said the state&#8217;s failure to use a particular kind of drug specified by state law violates their rights. Mississippi and other states can&#8217;t easily buy the drugs anymore, because manufacturers won&#8217;t sell them for executions.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 BAYONNE, N.J.
