The meeting was conducted by Commission Vice President Pedersen.<\/p>\n<p>The City Commissioners discussed the permissibility of the grievances filed against Mayor Werkhoven, and how the employee manual and code of conduct apply to the process going forward.<\/p>\n<p>The city commission had requested the Barnes County State\u2019s Attorney to determine the status of the grievances.
