PRECIPITATION IS EXPECTED TO<br \/>\n\u00a0BE RAIN ACROSS THE SOUTHWEST&#8230;WITH LIGHT SNOW ELSEWHERE.\u00a0 NEW SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OF ONE INCH OR LESS ARE EXPECTED.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Jamestown (CSi) Jamestown City street crews were out overnight clearing the snow downtown&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>West Fargo\u00a0 (CSi)\u00a0 The North Dakota Highway Patrol reports an 11-year-old Jamestown girl was one of two people injured in a single-vehicle rollover Sunday afternoon on Interstate 94 at mile marker 343 near West Fargo<\/p>\n<p>The report says, 23 year old Sara Campbell of , West Fargo, was driving a 2003 Chevrolet Blazer\u00a0 east from Jamestown to Fargo at 1:29 p.m. Sunday.<\/p>\n<p>The 2003 Chevrolet was traveling east from Jamestown to Fargo area, when \u00a0vehicle went out of control, entered the median and rolled over coming to a rest on the roof in the westbound lanes of I-94. The occupants were removed from the vehicle and transported\u00a0 by FM Ambulance to Essentia Health where they were treated for non-life threatening injuries. The 2-year-old girl was not injured.<\/p>\n<p>Campbell and the 11-year-old Jamestown girl wore seat belts and a 2-year-old West Fargo girl was secured in a car seat in the backseat of the vehicle.<\/p>\n<p>West Fargo Fire Department and Cass County Sheriff\u2019s Office also responded to the scene.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Jamestown\u00a0 (CSi)\u00a0 The\u00a0North Dakota Highway Patrol\u00a0\u00a0reports a one vehicle rollover Friday about 7:30-p.m., on I 94 , one mile east of Dawson, injured four people.<\/p>\n<p>The reports says the vehicle was traveling East on I-94 near Mile Post 209 (west of Tappen) enroute to Jamestown, ND from Minot, ND.\u00a0 The vehicle was traveling approximately 75 mph in the left lane when it left the roadway into the median.\u00a0 Vehicle struck a gravel crossover and vaulted.\u00a0 The vehicle rolled several times before coming to a rest on its wheels facing Southeast in the median.\u00a0\u00a0The driver, 22 year-old driver Abigayle Hannesson of Minot suffered injuries and was transported to St. Alexius Medical Center.\u00a0 Front seat male juvenile passenger was transported to St. Alexius Medical Center by Sanford Air Med to be treated for his injuries resulting from the crash.\u00a0\u00a0A\u00a0 7 year-old male was injured, and\u00a0\u00a0another passenger, a 4 year-old female, was ejected during the crash. All individuals were transported to St. Alexius Medical Center for treatment of their injuries.<\/p>\n<p>The crash remains under investigation by the NDHP.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>(CSi)\u00a0 The North Dakota Highway Patrol reports, a crop-duster airplane experiencing engine trouble en route from Hillsboro to Mandan made an emergency landing on Interstate 94 Friday evening about 5-O\u2019Clock<\/p>\n<p>The patrol report says\u00a0 27 year old Adam Taylor, of \u00a0Bismarck, was piloting the 1977 Thrush Ayers S2R, when he was forced to land the plane on I-94 about 2 1\/2 miles east of Sterling.\u00a0\u00a0 There was no damage to the plane or highway.\u00a0 This was not a crash.<\/p>\n<p>The patrol says the pilot and the plane\u2019s owner made arrangements to remove the plane. The plane is off the highway on the side of the road and was not a traffic hazard.<\/p>\n<p>Burleigh County Sheriff\u2019s Office also responded to the scene.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0MINOT, N.D. (AP) &#8211; A mental evaluation has been ordered for a Minot man accused of stealing an ambulance and crashing it near Carrington.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Twenty-one-year-old Timothy Blowers is facing three felonies for allegedly stealing an ambulance from Trinity Hospital and fleeing police on Highway 52. Blowers eventually crashed into a northbound SUV after state troopers laid down spikes.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 At a hearing last week, interim state&#8217;s attorney Ashley Lies requested an evaluation to determine whether Blowers is fit to stand trial.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 No plea was entered at the hearing.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>CARRINGTON, N.D. (AP) &#8211; Voters in Carrington on Tuesday are deciding whether to build a new elementary school.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The proposed $23.5 million facility also would house a gymnasium and an auditorium.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Superintendent Brian Duchscherer (DOOK&#8217;-shur) says the new elementary would be connected to the middle school and high school.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The project would be financed through bonds and loans.<br \/>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) &#8211; A man accused of dealing large quantities of methamphetamine in western North Dakota had pleaded guilty in federal court.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Clayton Sawyer, of Bismarck, is charged with conspiracy to distribute and possession with intent to distribute meth. Authorities say the ring involved at least 500 grams of drugs, most of which was transported from Idaho and distributed in Bismarck, Williston and Minot.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Sawyer faces a maximum penalty of life in prison and a minimum term of 10 years. Sentencing is scheduled for May 31 in Bismarck.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 A federal public defender could not be reached for comment.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Fargo,\u00a0\u00a0 WDAY reports, that\u00a0the Fargo Police Department has released new details regarding funeral arrangements for fallen Officer Jason Moszer.<\/p>\n<p>The funeral will be held on Monday, February 22 at 1 p.m. At the request of the Moszer family, the service will be held at Scheels Arena in Fargo.<\/p>\n<p>Scheels Arena has a capacity to seat between 5,000 to 6,000 occupants. As further arrangements are finalized\u00a0this week, additional information will be released by the Fargo Police Department.<\/p>\n<p>The City of Fargo and police department have set up a benefit fund for his family. The funds will go through Bell State Bank and the Impact Foundation.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>FARGO, N.D. (AP) &#8211; Fargo&#8217;s police chief is asking the public to help not only the family of a slain officer but also the family of the suspected shooter.<\/p>\n<p>Officer Jason Moszer died Thursday of a single gunshot wound during a standoff with a suspect at a house near downtown Fargo. He left behind a wife and two children.<\/p>\n<p>The suspect, Marcus Schumacher, was found dead in the house but police have not said whether he died of a police bullet or shot himself.<\/p>\n<p>Police Chief David Todd issued a statement over the weekend saying Schumacher&#8217;s wife and son also could use support, and the police department would appreciate seeing the community rally around them.<\/p>\n<p>A group is preparing to launch a benefit fund for the Schumachers.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>LAKOTA, N.D. (AP) &#8211; A Lakota man is appealing a federal judge&#8217;s ruling to throw out his lawsuit accusing authorities of using excessive force during a June 2011 altercation over stray cattle on his property.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Rodney Brossart filed the lawsuit against the Nelson County sheriff and deputy sheriff at the time of the incident, which escalated after authorities were investigating a report that Brossart was holding cattle that didn&#8217;t belong to him. Court documents show that Brossart was shocked with a stun gun seven times in four minutes after he objected to his arrest.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Judge Ralph Erickson ruled that Brossart&#8217;s arrest was not a violation of &#8220;any clearly established law,&#8221; and that Nelson County does not have an unconstitutional policy authorizing offensive acts.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Defense attorney Tim Lamb filed notice of the appeal on Friday.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) &#8211; The North Dakota Public Service Commission says it received hundreds of consumer contacts in the last year that included complaints against regulated entities.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The PSC says it received a total of 905 consumer contacts in 2015.
