The January totals for 2015 were nearly 101,000.<\/p>\n<p>The airports in Devils Lake and Jamestown were the only two commercial service airports in the state to see an increase last month over 2015.<\/p>\n<p>In the oil boomtown of Williston, boardings dropped from over 10,600 to about 5,800, reflecting the slump in the oil industry. In Minot, the number of people boarding planes dropped from over 15,900 to about 11,900.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Valley City (CSi) The Valley City Commission met in Regular Session Tuesday evening at City Hall.
