{"id":96165,"date":"2016-03-02T23:06:17","date_gmt":"2016-03-03T05:06:17","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/?p=96165"},"modified":"2016-03-06T14:31:52","modified_gmt":"2016-03-06T20:31:52","slug":"accident-on-i-94-near-vc-injues-two","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/?p=96165","title":{"rendered":"Accident on I-94 near VC injures two"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-3847\" src=\"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/09\/NDHP-300x197.jpg\" alt=\"NDHP\" width=\"300\" height=\"197\" \/>Valley City (CSi )\u00a0 The North Dakota Highway Patrol reports a two \u00a0vehicle accident on I-94 at 6:06 pm, at mile marker 291,Wednesday led to two injuries.<\/p>\n<p>The report says a 2005 Chevy Cobalt was operated by 23 year old McKenzie Willits of Hawley, Minnesota.\u00a0 A Toyota Rav4 was driven by 62 year old Linda Beyer, from Hamilton, Montana.<\/p>\n<p>The Chevrolet driven by Willits was eastbound at 75-80 mph with cruise control on.\u00a0 Willits lost control of the vehicle. The Chevrolet crossed the median and drove onto the westbound lanes before striking the Toyota driven by Beyer head on. The vehicles came to rest on the westbound shoulders of the road.\u00a0 Both driver&#8217;s were transported to Mercy Hospital in Valley City.\u00a0 Injuries are not life threatening. Willits was treated and released.\u00a0 The crash remains under investigation.<\/p>\n<p>The crash remains under investigation with the North Dakota Highway Patrol.
