Krump says the Schumacher home is unlivable due to damage from bullet holes, a SWAT truck and tear gas.

Marcus Schumacher died in mid-February in the incident in which Officer Jason Moszer was shot and killed. (AP) – A sex offender who had been hired to serve as the Easter bunny at a Minot mall has been arrested.

Police in Minot say 24-year-old Minot resident Daniel Sanderson has been arrested on an outstanding warrant for a probation violation and has also been charged with failure to register as a sex offender.

Police on Friday said investigators received a tip alerting them that Sanderson was being employed through a job service agency to serve as the Easter bunny at the Dakota Square Mall. Police say neither the employment service agency Command Labor nor the mall knew that Sanderson is a sex offender.

Court records show Sanderson pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor indecent exposure charge in December and was ordered to register as a sex offender.

Sanderson’s court records do not list an attorney who could comment on his behalf.

FARGO, N.D. Carter says “we are systematically eliminating” the group’s cabinet. Carter spoke to reporters at the Pentagon along with Gen. Joseph Dunford, who chairs the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Dunford says the Pentagon expects to increase in the number of U.S. forces in Iraq soon, though no decision has been made.

BAGHDAD (AP) – Iraqi security officials say a suicide bomber has attacked a soccer stadium south of Baghdad, killing 29 and wounding 60. Federal prosecutors say Salah Abdeslam “refused to make the slightest comment” when questioned just after the Brussels attacks and also “exercised his right to silence” during his second round of questioning last weekend. Abdeslam was arrested in Brussels four days before the Brussels attacks. France is seeking his extradition.

BRUSSELS (AP) – The State Department says the families of two Americans killed in the Brussels attacks have been notified, but the victims’ names are being withheld out of privacy considerations. Two Dutch nationals who live in New York City are also among the dead. A family spokesman says the brother and sister were headed home to New York on Tuesday when a bomb exploded at the Brussels airport. He says both had hoped to obtain U.S. citizenship one day.

DAYTON, Ohio (AP) – An Ohio man charged after rushing the stage at a Donald Trump rally has pleaded not guilty in federal court.
