Velma Pope, 79, Jamestown, ND died Friday, November 5, 2021 at the Aneta Parkview Health Center in Aneta.

Wilfred will be hosting a Memorial Service – 1:00 PM Saturday September 17, 2022 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Jamestown, ND.

Velma Reedy was born October 4, 1942 at Castro, CA the daughter of Jim and Thelma Reedy. She attended the local school and graduated from high school. She was an interior designer in California for many years before moving to Jamestown in 2010.

She enjoyed painting and gardening.

Velma is survived by her 2 children, Cindy (Kevin Andreassen), Jamestown, ND and Monty (Tamara) Pope, Shingle Springs, CA; 2 grandchild, Joel Diaz and Tiffany Rabuck; 2 sisters, Lolly and Jackie; and her nieces and nephews, her significant other Wilfred Mehlhoff.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Don Pope; her parents; 3 uncles, Albert, Vernon and Ralph; and 1 sister, Vicky.

Memorial Service- 1:00 PM Saturday, Sept. 17, 2022 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Jamestown, ND.
