On September 24 at 11:46pm A Honda HR-V was traveling westbound on Interstate 94 near mile marker 345. A Jamestown Man driving a Honda Passport was traveling westbound and rearended the Honda HR-V. Both vehicles became stuck on impact and traveled westbound in the westbound lane of I-94. The vehicles then separated causing the HR-V to travel into the median area. The Honda Passport then became disabled in the westbound lane. A Subaru Legacy then rearended the Honda Passport. This caused the Subaru Legacy and Honda Passport to become disabled in the westbound lane and westbound shoulder. A GMC Acadia traveling westbound strikes the Subaru in the front passenger door area. The GMC Acadia then travels into the ditch. The drivers of the Honda Passport, HR-V, and Subaru were all transported by ambulance to Sanford Hospital to be treated for injuries sustained in the crash. Preston Miller driver of the Honda Passport was cited for driving under the influence. The crash is under investigation by the North Dakota Highway Patrol.
