“Retail Therapy” with Kathy Coudle-King” May 16

Kathleen Coudle-King will present a dramatic reading of excerpts from her play “Retail Therapy: 700 years of mental health care”. The play spotlights the various attitudes toward mental illness over the centuries and the treatments. This event is FREE and made possible by a Special Projects grant from the North Dakota Council on the Arts and an American Recovery grant from the NEA through the NDCAIn conjunction with Stutsman County Human Rights Coalition.

The Rourke Art Gallery + Museum is pleased to present Artist + Muse: woodcuts by Charles Beck from the Timothy Murphy Collection, a touring exhibition of woodcut prints by the late artist Charles Beck (1923 – 2017) from the collection of the late poet Timothy Murphy (1951 – 2018).
