JAMESTOWN, N.D. (Chamber) – The Customer Service Award for July went to Valerie Smith USPS, for her outstanding customer service.

The chamber honors individuals who demonstrate a consistent commitment to delivering products or services that satisfy customers by exceeding their requirements or expectations.

Their nomination letter said:

“Valerie was so kind and courteous despite having multiple customers waiting for service. She helped me package a piece of artwork so it would not be damaged in shipping and went through extra effort to package it so it would also be affordable to mail. She is just one of the exceptional staff at USPS and I am thankful for her help.”
