NBC Sports – The Boston Celtics took down the Minnesota Timberwolves in a nail-biter Sunday at TD Garden, 107-105.

Jaylen Brown got the party started with five consecutive 3-pointers for the Celtics’ first 15 points of the game. He finished with a game-high 29 points on 7-of-10 shooting from deep.

Jayson Tatum found his groove after a rough night Friday vs. Washington. He tallied 26 points with a 5-of-12 clip from beyond the arc.

Wolves star Anthony Edwards did his part to keep his team in it until the final moments. The 23-year-old racked up a team-high 28 points on 6-of-11 shooting from 3.

Naz Reid missed what would have been the game-winner for Minnesota at the buzzer, resulting in the Celtics’ fifth consecutive victory. Boston will look to extend the streak when it hosts the Los Angeles Clippers on Monday night.
