ELKHART, Ind.– The University of Jamestown swimming and diving team came away with three All-American performances at the NAIA National Championships, which concluded Saturday evening at the Elkhart Aquatics Center.
Jada Shorter earned All-American status in both 1-meter and 3-meter diving. Shorter placed second in the 1m competition, finishing with a score of 216.65. In the 3m competition, Shorter placed fifth with a score of 164.95. She becomes a four-time All-American in 1m diving, including a national championship in 2023, and her 3m finish gives her five All-American honors overall.
Czarnecki, making her first nationals appearance, placed sixth in 1m diving with a score of 166.75.
Kylie Price was the third Jimmie competing at the national meet, having qualified in both the 50 free and 100 free. She finished with a time of 24.86 in the 50 free and was 30th of 48 swimmers, while in the 100 free, Price had a time of 54.22, which placed her 30th of 44 competitors.
