HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Jimmies jumped out in the first set to a fast 4-1 lead with a kills by Michal Niemiec and Markam Cook
- The Mighty Oaks were able to bring the set 6-4 but a 4-0 run by the Jimmies left them in total control of the set and winning the set 25-15
- In the second set the Jimmies and the Mighty Oaks traded points back and forth until the Jimmies were able to go on a 3-0 scoring run to take a 12-9 lead
- The Mighty Oaks came within two points but the Jimmies ended the set on a 4-0 scoring run to take the set 25-18
- In the third set the Mighty Oaks jumped out to a 9-6 lead over the Jimmies
- The Jimmies tried to answer back and coming within two with a kill by Tomasz Swiderski but a 4-0 scoring run by the Mighty Oaks delivered them the set win 25-19
- In the fourth set the Mighty Oaks took a commanding 7-2 lead over the Jimmies
- The Jimmies chipped away at the lead and with two errors from the Mighty Oaks and a kill by Michal Niemiec the Jimmies tied the set 15-15
- The teams traded points with each other and with two kills by Markam Cook and an ace by Tomasz Swiderski the Jimmies took a 21-19 lead
- The Might Oaks answered back quickly and went on a 3-0 scoring run to retake the lead 22-21
- The set was a close finish but ultimately a short 2-0 scoring run by the Mighty Oaks delivered them the set win 25-23
- In the fifth set the Mighty Oaks jumped out to a 4-0 lead early
- The Jimmies tried to surmount a comeback but their efforts fell short and they dropped the set and the match 15-10
