Jamestown (CSi) The Jamestown City Fire Department was called to a car fire about 3:32-p.m., Tuesday at 805 6th Avenue, Southeast, in the driveway of the residence.
Lt. Sheldon Mohr says smoke was coming from the engine compartment when the four fire units, and 25 firefighters arrived at the scene.
The fire department extinguished the fire, which caused extensive damage to the car’s engine compartment, with the cause undetermined.
No injures with the city fire department on the scene a half hour.
