Update.. Jamestown (CSi) A portion of Jamestown was without power Monday evening. Otter Tail Power reports the power was out between 7pm and 11pm. The area affected was the Southwest area of Jamestown. The power outage affected 400 customers. Otter Tail reports the problem was an underground fault.
