Candidates for VC Mayor, Sept 15 Special Election

Valley City (CSi) Petitions have been filed by those individuals running for Valley City Mayor in the September 15, 2016 Special Election.

131 valid signatures were required to have their names placed on the ballot.

Those candidates filing by the July 12, 2016 deadline are:

• Dave Carlsrud
• Scott Sandvik
• Janice Klein

There will be one polling place on September 15^th, at the Valley City Commission chambers at City Hall.

The winner of the race will serve out the remaining two years left when former Mayor Bob Werkhoven resigned in May of this year .
