Jamestown, ND (KCSi-T.V. News) — The Jamestown City Planning Commission postponed action on a zoning change in Northeast Jamestown to the February meeting.

It also recommended Eventide at Hi-Acres have its architects prepare a full set of plans

concerning an expansion project.

Eventide was also urged to meet with all people in the neighborhood to explain the project in more depth.

A large number of area property owners protested the zoning changes that would take two lots that Eventide had purchased along Second Street Southeast and change the zoning from Residential Single Family, Public, Open Development and Conservation, which would change allow Eventide to expand onto the lots.

Seven property owners are eligible to protest and all seven signed a protest letter.
