johnsontimFargo    A Valley City man was arrested by Moorhead police for ramming his pickup into another vehicle that contained his girlfriend’s ex-boyfriend.

KFGO Radio reports that police say it happened during a rearranged property exchange in south Moorhead on Tuesday, November 1st.

According to the news release, 43 year-old Tim Lee Johnson of Valley City is facing an assault charge for allegedly using his pickup as a weapon.

A woman in the vehicle that was struck complained of back pain. She was taken to a Fargo hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
