houle-161x161Valley City  (KFGO) – A Walcott man who owes $112,000 in back child support in Richland County has been arrested on several charges in Barnes County.

44 year-old Terry Houle was arrested near Columbia Grain Elevator west of Valley City. Deputies responded to a report of a man driving on railroad tracks. He had taken a skid-steer loader from the elevator and ran when deputies arrived. He was carrying a baseball bat.

Charges include driving with a suspended license, reckless driving and driving without liability insurance.
