Staus Update as of 5pm Tues Dec 13, 2016:

Email server was up and running as of  2am Sat Dec 9 

  • You can send new email messages using CSiCable.net address
  • You can receive new email messages that were sent to you after 2am Saturday

If you use Outlook – Outlook Express, etc to download email to your device:  Support in Atlanta is beginning the process to move any messages received during the slow-down that you had not downloaded, to your mailbox for delivery when you check your email.  If you have NOT check your email in the past year,  please calls CSi.

Webmail:  If you logged-in to Webmail prior to Weds, you may not have seen old messages before 2am Saturday or any address book information.   Don’t panic, that information is being restored to your Webmail.     If you have not accessed your account for over a year, please contact CSi.    Dormant accounts are not automatically moved.
