Jan M. Ingstad, Valley City, N.D., died Friday, Dec. 9, 2016.

Jan Marie Ingstad, who was known for her kindness and generosity is survived by her loving children, Todd (Brenda) Ingstad, Tami (Lance) Ingstad Knudson, Rob (Stacy) Ingstad, Tallie (Casey) Colville, her grandchildren, Travis, Isaac, Abigail, Reagan, Robert Jackson, Isabella, Eric, Olivia, Sydnee, and Avalon.
Jan was preceded in death by the love of her life, Robert Ingstad, Jr.

Arrangements by Lerud-Schuldt Funeral Home in Valley City.

Visitation will be from 2-3 p.m., followed by a celebration of life at 3 p.m., Sunday, Dec. 18, at Vangstad Auditorium in Valley City State University.

 In lieu of memorials, the family requests donations be made to the charity of one’s choice.
