Oakes, ND (KCSi-T.V. News) — The North Dakota Highway Patrol reports, a two vehicle accident Monday (Jan 28, 2013) about 5:30 p.m., injured one person.
The report says the accident occurred on North Dakota 13 with the intersection of I-29.
A truck pulling a tanker trailer that was driven by 55 year old Donald Glazier of Albert Lea, Minnesota was westbound on Highway 13 approaching the interchange with I-29 when the rig collided at a 90 degree angle with a truck towing a flatbed operated by 69 year old Terrence Clark of Calgary Alberta, which was crossing Highway 13 headed to the on-ramp of northbound I-29.
Westbound Highway 13 was partially blocked for a time while crews cleaned up the scene.
He was cited for failing to yield and was taken to a local hospital for minor injuries and later released.
The crash remains under investigation by the Highway Patrol
