Jamestown  (CSi) The North Dakota Highway Patrol is investigating a three vehicle crash that occurred about 3 miles north of North of Jamestown on Highway 52, about 2:18 -p.m. on Sunday.

Sgt. Tom Herzig reports that 38 year old Ernest Castillo, of Gackle was traveling northbound when he attempted to turn west onto 31st Street Southeast. Castillo failed to yield and was struck by a Chevy Colorado driven by Clay Kamoni of Jamestown.

A Kenworth driven by Curt Nelson of Warren, Minnesota was also sideswiped by the Kamoni vehicle. He was not injured.

Castillo and Kamoni were injured in the incident.

Castillo’s passenger 35 year old Arin Kendall of Jamestown was not injured.

The Stutsman County Sheriff’s Office, Jamestown Area Ambulance Service, and Jamestown Rescue assisted at the scene.
