Bismarck, ND (KCSi-T.V. News) — The NDDOT reports, that Construction will begin on Tuesday, February 19, 2013 on Hwy. 26 at Ashtabula Bridge near Sibley.
The project will consist of maintenance work to replace bridge abutments and resurface the bridge deck.
During Construction:
Traffic will be reduced to one lane through the construction zone
A stop bar, stop lights and warning sign will be in place to direct traffic
There will be a 12 foot width restriction through the construction zone
Speeds will be reduced through the construction zone
Motorists should expect minimal delays
The project is expected to be complete by the end of October.
The traveling public should use caution when driving through the construction zone. Motorists are reminded to please slow down for their safety and the safety of the highway workers.
