Fessenden (NDHP) The North Dakota Highway Patrol reports a Jamestown man was injured Saturday morning about 9:20, on Highway 15, 12 miles east of Fessenden.
The report from Sgt Robert Kennedy says, the Mercury Mountaineer operated by 46 year old Michael Brown of Jamestown was west bound on ND Highway 15 when he lost control of his vehicle, entered the north ditch and rolled.
The vehicle came to rest in the north ditch on its top.
Brown was pinned in the vehicle upside down, rescue workers were able to remove Mr Brown without incident. Brown is being treated for non life threatening injuries.
Brown was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol.
NDHP, Wells & Eddy County Sheriffs Department. New Rockford Fire & Rescue were on the scene.
