Jamestown (CSi) The City of Jamestown reports that the pedestrian maze at the railroad crossing on First Avenue in Jamestown is expected to be replaced on August 31
or no later than Tuesday September 4th.
At Thursday’s City Council Committee meeting Harold Sad said, once the maze is re-installed, the Quiet Zone, silencing train horns, will be re-implemented.
The maze was damaged in a traffic crash on June 25th this year, which meant for safety reasons the train horns will allowed to sound through Downtown Jamestown.
