JAMESTOWN, N.D. (AP) – A Rogers man has pleaded not guilty to possessing 12 pounds of marijuana within 1,000 feet of a school in Jamestown.
 
     Fifty-one-year-old Charles Kettle allegedly brought the drugs from California. He faces a felony charge that carries a maximum punishment upon conviction of 20 years in prison.
 
    Kettle was arrested on March 5, 2013 and appeared in court this week.
 
     Police Chief Scott Edinger says the bust is one of the biggest in recent history in the city.
