The Jimmies finished with a four-round total of 1355, which was 79 shots behind first-place
Morningside (Iowa). The Mustangs earn the GPAC’s automatic bid to the NAIA Championships in May. Jamestown would have qualified based on their second-place finish, but the 12th team was unable to finish their round in the fall portion of the tournament, so the second qualifying spot was lost.
Jenna Knutson (SR/Boulder, Colo.) tied for fifth, finishing at 44-over 330 (78-78-82-92). Paige Argent (SO/Minot, N.D.) (84-79-86-92) and Alexis Piatz (SR/Oxbow, N.D.) (85-82-83-91) tied for 10th at 55-over 341.
Amber Domres (FR/Bismarck, N.D.) tied for 33rd at 85-over 371 (89-89-92-101) and Sarah Azure (FR/Jamestown, N.D.) shot a 21-over 92 Saturday to finish at 32-over 174 for 36 holes.
Morningside’s Laia Badosa won medalist honors, finishing at 25-over 311 (78-72-80-81).
