Jamestown, ND (KCSi-T.V. News) — The Jamestown City Fire Department was called out shortly after 6-p.m., Sunday (Apr 21, 2013) to an area near the State Hospital.

Authorities say about an acre of wooded area was burned, as the fire was started in an old railroad bed near the interstate.

26 fire fighters responded carrying 200 feet of hose to extinguish the fire.

No injuries were reported
