Jamestown, ND (KCSi-T.V. News) — The Jamestown City Council met in Special Session on Tuesday May 7, 2013 at 4-p.m., and then recessed into Executive Session for the purpose of consulting with the City Attorney concerning territorial service claims by Stutsman Rural Water District.

Those present during the Executive Session were:  Mayor Andersen and City Council Members Kourajian, Gumke, Brubakken, and Buchanan, along with City Administrator Jeff Fuchs, City Engineer, Reed Schwartzkopf, City Fire Chief Jim Reuther, and City Attorney Ken Dalsted, Assistant City Attorney Mary Jensen, and on the phone, Tammy Norgaard from the Vogel Law Firm in Fargo.

Following the Executive Session the open meeting was reconvened.

Mayor Andersen said, no action was to be taken by the City Council stemming from the meeting.
