FARGO, N.D. (AP) – A man who owns two dogs that attacked a herd of research sheep in a North Dakota State University barn is paying a $1,000 fine after he pleaded guilty to charges in Fargo. Authorities say the two huskies escaped from a home and got into the barn, killing seven of the sheep and injuring nearly a dozen more. Five of those animals had to be euthanized.
